§ 6.1-291. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Collection of loans madeoutside Commonwealth.

No loan made outside this Commonwealth for which the greater rates ofinterest, consideration or charges, than are permitted by the law applicableto such loan in the state in which the loan was made, have been charged,contracted for, or received shall be collected in this Commonwealth. Everyperson in anywise participating in an effort to enforce the collection ofsuch loan in this Commonwealth shall be subject to the provisions of thischapter.
