§ 6.1-330.56. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Plea of usury; evidence;judgment.

Any borrower may plead in general terms that the contract or assurance onwhich the action is brought was for the payment of interest greater than isallowed by statute. Once the court has determined that the contract isusurious, judgment shall be rendered only for the principal sum.
