§ 6.1-337. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Subsequent right of lessee tocontents.

At any time after the mailing of such notice as is required by the precedingsection (§ 6.1-336) and before the expiration of two years, such renter orlessee may require the delivery of the contents of the safe or box as shownby the certificate, upon the payment of all rentals due at the time ofopening the safe or box, the cost of opening the safe or box, the fees of thenotary public for issuing his certificate thereon, and the payment of allcharges accrued during the period the contents remained in the general safeor box of the company, bank, trust company, or other corporation, togetherwith legal interest on such rentals, costs, fees, and charges.
