§ 6.2-1004. (Effective October 1, 2010) Who may take oath for corporatefiduciary.

In all cases where any trust institution shall be appointed to act astrustee, executor, or administrator of any estate or guardian for any infant,or in any other fiduciary capacity, it shall be lawful for any officer of thetrust institution to take and subscribe for the institution any and all oathsrequired to be taken or subscribed by such executor, administrator, trustee,guardian, or other fiduciary.
