§ 6.2-1072. (Effective October 1, 2010) Enforcement.

If the Commission determines that there is any violation of any applicablelaw or regulation in the operation of an out-of-state trust institutionengaged in business in this state or that a trust office of such aninstitution in this state is being operated in an unsafe and unsound manner,the Commission shall have authority to undertake such enforcement actions asit would be permitted to take if the office were a Virginia state bank orstate trust company.
