§ 6.2-1120. (Effective October 1, 2010) Minimum capital requirement.
A state savings bank shall comply with the applicable minimum capitalrequirements of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Commission mayimpose such additional minimum capital requirements as it deems necessary inorder to insure the safe and sound operation of state savings banks.
