Statutes > Virginia > Title-6-2 > Chapter-11 > 6-2-1178§ 6.2-1178. (Effective October 1, 2010) Accounts held by various trustees forsame beneficiary.
Whenever trust interests or accounts are created for the same beneficiary,and each interest or account is in the name of a separate and distincttrustee or combination of trustees, each trust interest or account shallconstitute a separate, distinct, and valid trust entity for all purposes.
