§ 6.2-1367. (Effective October 1, 2010) Application of provisions to federalcredit unions.

The provisions of §§ 6.2-1365 and 64.1-132.3 shall apply to federal creditunions operating in this Commonwealth to the extent that the same are notinconsistent with any federal law applicable to such credit unions.
