§ 6.2-1401. (Effective October 1, 2010) Powers of associations.

Associations shall have all the general powers and be subject to all therestrictions contained in the Virginia Stock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-601 etseq.), except as herein otherwise provided. An association need not complywith the provisions of subsection A of § 13.1-630.
