§ 6.2-1512. (Effective October 1, 2010) Suspension of license.

If the Commission finds that probable cause for revocation of any licenseexists and that enforcement of the law requires immediate suspension of thelicense pending investigation, it may, upon three days' written notice and ahearing, by the Commission or by the Commissioner, enter an order suspendingthe license for a period not exceeding 30 days.
