Each licensee shall annually, on or before April 1, file a report with theCommission giving such relevant information as may reasonably be requiredconcerning its business and operations during the preceding calendar year asto each authorized consumer finance company office. Reports shall be madeunder oath and shall be in the form prescribed by the Commission.
