The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any depository institutionthat does not elect to become licensed under this chapter. Electing to becomelicensed under this chapter shall constitute a waiver of the benefit of anyand all laws of the Commonwealth and other states and federal laws preemptiveof, or inconsistent with, the provisions of this chapter.
