§ 6.2-1827. (Effective October 1, 2010) Application of chapter to Internetloans.
The provisions of this chapter, including specifically the licensurerequirements of § 6.2-1801, shall apply to persons making payday loans overthe Internet to Virginia residents, whether or not the person making the loanmaintains a physical presence in the Commonwealth.
