§ 6.2-1908. (Effective October 1, 2010) Notice of proposed revocation.

The Commission may not revoke a license issued under this chapter upon any ofthe grounds set forth in § 6.2-1907 until it has given the licensee 21 days'notice in writing of the reasons for the proposed revocation and has giventhe licensee an opportunity to introduce evidence and be heard. The noticeshall be sent by certified mail to the principal place of business of suchlicensee and shall state with particularity the grounds for the contemplatedaction. Within 14 days of mailing the notice, the person or persons namedtherein may file with the clerk of the Commission a written request for ahearing. If a hearing is requested, the Commission shall not revoke thelicense except based upon findings made at such hearing.
