§ 6.2-2023. (Effective October 1, 2010) Private right of action.

Any person who suffers loss by reason of a violation of any provision of thischapter may bring a civil action to enforce such provision. Any person who issuccessful in such action shall recover reasonable attorney fees, expertwitness fees, and court costs incurred by bringing such action.
