Each licensee under this chapter shall annually, on or before March 25, filea written report with the Commissioner containing such information as theCommissioner may require concerning his business and operations during thepreceding calendar year as to each licensed place of business. Reports shallbe made under oath and shall be in the form prescribed by the Commissioner.
