§ 6.2-2313. (Effective October 1, 2010) Documents having pretium affectionis.

Whenever the contents of any box opened under the provisions of this chaptershall consist either wholly or in part of documents, letters, or other papersof a private nature, or articles having a pretium affectionis, suchdocuments, letters, papers, or articles shall not be sold, but shall beretained by the company, without liability.
