§ 6.2-434. (Effective October 1, 2010) Law governing open-end credit contractor plan by bank or savings institution.

An open-end credit plan, as defined in § 6.2-300, between a bank or savingsinstitution and an obligor, or any plan which permits an obligor to availhimself of the credit so established, shall be governed solely by federallaw, and by the laws of the Commonwealth, unless otherwise expressly agreedin writing by the parties.
