§ 60.2-102. Limitations on payment of benefits; nonliability of Commonwealthand Commission.

Benefits shall be deemed to be due and payable under this title only to theextent provided in this title and to the extent that moneys are available tothe credit of the Unemployment Compensation Fund. Neither the Commonwealthnor the Commission shall be liable for any amount in excess of such sums.
