§ 62.1-130. Powers and duties of Executive Director.

The Executive Director shall employ or retain such other agents or employeessubordinate to the Executive Director as may be necessary, subject to theBoard's approval. The Executive Director shall also exercise such of thepowers and duties relating to ports conferred upon the Board as may bedelegated to him by the Board, including powers and duties involving theexercise of discretion. The Executive Director shall also exercise andperform such other powers and duties as may be lawfully delegated to him, andsuch powers and duties as may be conferred or imposed upon him by law.
