§ 62.1-44.23:1. Intervention of Commonwealth in actions involving surfacewater withdrawals.
The Board, in representing the public's interest, shall have the authorityand standing to intervene as an interested party in any civil action,including actions both within and without the Commonwealth, pertaining to thewithdrawal of any of the surface waters of the Commonwealth.
