§ 62.1-44.28. Decisions of the Board in hearings pursuant to §§ 62.1-44.15and 62.1-44.25.

To be valid and operative, the decision by the Board rendered pursuant tohearings under subdivisions (8a), (8b), and (8c) of §§ 62.1-44.15 and62.1-44.25 must be reduced to writing and contain the explicit findings offact and conclusions of law upon which the decision of the Board is based andcertified copies thereof must be mailed by certified mail to the partiesaffected by it.
