§ 62.1-66. Potomac River Basin Commission of Virginia.
There is hereby created a Commission of three members to be known as thePotomac River Basin Commission of Virginia, but the Commission shall not comeinto being unless and until the Governor shall have executed the compacthereinabove authorized.
