§ 62.1-100. Rules of Commission; reports; employment of experts, etc.

The Commission shall have the power to make such reasonable rules andregulations as may be necessary to administer the provisions of this chapterand to require licensees hereunder to render to it from time to time suchreports as may be reasonably necessary. It shall have the power to employexpert engineers or other experts or persons to examine and report uponprojects as proposed in applications for licenses, or the structures thereof,or upon plans submitted after the issuance of licenses covering additionaldetails or succeeding stages of construction.
