§ 62.1-108. Time and place of hearing on petition; parties.
Upon the filing of any such petition, the court or judge thereof in vacationshall set a time and place for hearing the same, which time and place shallbe set forth in the order of publication. Any person affected may appear andbe made a party to such proceeding by leave of court.
