§ 62.1-110. Court to hear and determine issues; reference to commissioner.

The court, on the day specified in the order of publication, shall hear anddetermine the issues in the proceeding based on the report and otherevidence. In its discretion the court may refer any matter to a commissionerin chancery to take such evidence as may be proper and to make a report tothe court.
