§ 62.1-121. When new commissioners appointed.

If good cause be shown against the report, or the commissioners report theirdisagreement, or fail to report within a reasonable time, the court may, inany such case as often as seems to it proper, appoint other commissioners andthe matter be proceeded in as before prescribed.
