§ 63.2-1801. Access to assisted living facilities by community servicesboards and behavioral health authorities.

All assisted living facilities shall provide reasonable access to staff orcontractual agents of community services boards or behavioral healthauthorities as defined in § 37.2-100 for the purposes of (i) assessing orevaluating, (ii) providing case management or other services or assistance,or (iii) monitoring the care of consumers residing in the facility. Suchstaff or contractual agents also shall be given reasonable access to otherfacility residents who have previously requested their services.
