§ 64.1-79. Person offering will for probate may have persons interested citedto appear.

A person offering, or intending to offer, to a court having jurisdiction ofthe probate of wills or to the clerk of a circuit court having suchjurisdiction, a will for probate, may obtain from the clerk of such courtprocess directed to the proper officer of any county or corporation,requiring him to summon any person interested in such probate to appear atthe next term of such court, on a day named in the summons, to show cause whythe will should not be admitted to probate.
