§ 64.1-137. Death of sole executor; his executor has no authority.

The executor of an executor shall have no authority as such to administer theestate of the first testator, but, on the death, resignation or removal ofthe sole surviving executor of any last will, administration of the estate ofthe first testator, not already administered, may be granted, with the willannexed, to such person as the court shall think fit to appoint.
