§ 64.1-147. Administrator with will annexed may sell real estate.

When any will heretofore or hereafter executed gives to the executor orexecutors named therein power to sell the testator's real estate and suchexecutor or executors die, resign or become incapable of acting and anadministrator or administrators with the will annexed are appointed, suchadministrator or administrators with the will annexed may sell such realestate unless it is expressly provided to the contrary in such will.
