§ 65.2-527. When employee's rights exercised by guardian or trustee.

If an injured employee is incapacitated or is under eighteen years of age atthe time when any right or privilege accrues to him under this title, hisguardian, trustee or conservator may in his behalf claim and exercise suchright or privilege.
