The Director or designee shall notify the school division superintendent inthe jurisdiction in which the juvenile will be enrolled upon release from ajuvenile correctional center if the Director reasonably believes that thejuvenile poses any credible danger of serious bodily injury or death to oneor more students, school personnel, or others on school property. Suchinformation shall include the nature of the danger. The information providedto a school division superintendent pursuant to this section may be disclosedonly as provided in § 16.1-305.2.
