§ 67-500. Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

"Biodiesel fuel" means a renewable, biodegradable, mono-alkyl estercombustible liquid fluid fuel from agricultural plant oils or animal fatsthat meets the applicable American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM)Specification for Biodiesel Fuel (B100) Blend Stock for Distillate Fuels.
