Where a blank in a negotiable warehouse receipt has been filled in withoutauthority, a good faith purchaser for value and without notice of the lack ofauthority may treat the insertion as authorized. Any other unauthorizedalteration leaves any tangible or electronic receipt enforceable against theissuer according to its original tenor.
