A. Background checks for security clearances and investigative informationnot connected with a criminal prosecution or litigation includinginvestigations of rule infractions in correctional institutions shall not besubject to review or correction by data subjects.
B. Correctional information about an offender including counselor reports,diagnostic summaries and other sensitive information not explicitlyclassified as criminal history record information shall not be subject toreview or correction by data subjects.
