Statutes > Alaska > Title-12 > Chapter-12-55 > Sec-12-55-137(a) If a person commits an offense that would be a class B misdemeanor and the person committed the offense for the benefit of, at the direction of, or in association with a criminal street gang, the offense is a class A misdemeanor.
(b) If a person commits an offense that would be a class A misdemeanor and the person committed the offense for the benefit of, at the direction of, or in association with a criminal street gang, the offense is a class C felony.
