Statutes > Alaska > Title-14 > Chapter-14-48 > Sec-14-48-190A person who violates the provisions of AS 14.48.020 or who fails or refuses to deposit with the commission the records required by AS 14.48.150 is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 for each violation. Each day's failure to comply with the provisions of AS 14.48.020 and 14.48.150 constitutes a separate violation. The fine may be imposed by the commission in an administrative proceeding or by a court of competent jurisdiction.
