Statutes > Alaska > Title-21 > Chapter-21-22 > Sec-21-22-170An insurer that the director determines, following an appropriate hearing as provided in AS 21.06.170 - 21.06.230, is guilty of a wilful violation of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $25,000. A person who is not an insurer and who the director determines, following an appropriate hearing as provided in AS 21.06.170 - 21.06.230, to be guilty of a wilful violation of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $15,000.
