Statutes > Alaska > Title-26 > Chapter-26-20 > Sec-26-20-145A person owning or controlling real estate who voluntarily and without compensation permits the designation or use of the whole or part of the real estate for the purpose of sheltering persons during an actual or practice attack or homeland security or civil defense emergency or practice drill shall, together with the person's successors in interest, be immune from suit for negligence arising out of the construction or maintenance of the property causing the death of, or injury to, any person using the shelter during an actual or practice attack or homeland security or civil defense emergency or practice drill.
