Statutes > Alaska > Title-44 > Chapter-44-81 > Sec-44-81-200The board shall publish an annual report to the bank's members. The report shall be made available to the governor, the legislature, and the public. The report must include financial statements audited by independent outside auditors, a discussion of the bank's circumstances and operations during the period covered by the report, and any other information that the board believes would be of interest to the governor, the legislature, and the public, or that the legislature requests the board to include. The board may publish other reports considered appropriate to its purposes.
