28J.6  CIVIL IMMUNITY OF DIRECTORS.
 A director of a port authority shall not be personally liable for
 any monetary damages that arise from actions taken in the performance
 of the director's official duties, except for acts or omissions that
 are not in good faith or that involve intentional misconduct, a
 knowing violation of law, or any transaction from which the director
 derived an improper personal benefit.
