29A.26  STATE HEADQUARTERS AND DETACHMENT.
 The number and grade of officers and enlisted personnel in the
 state headquarters and headquarters detachment shall be as prescribed
 by federal law and regulations.  However, in case of war, invasion,
 insurrection, emergency, or imminent danger thereof, the governor may
 temporarily increase the force to meet the circumstance.
