29A.68  APPLICABLE PROVISIONS.
 The provisions of this chapter pertaining to the administration
 and employment of the national guard shall be applicable to the Iowa
 state guard.  The rules relating to, appointment of officers,
 enlistments, term and conditions of service in, and discharge from,
 the Iowa state guard shall be such as are directed by the governor.
