29B.109  MALINGERING.
 Any person subject to this code shall be punished as a
 court-martial may direct if the person for the purpose of avoiding
 work, duty, or service in the state military forces does any of the
 following:
 1.  Feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse, or
 derangement.
 2.  Intentionally inflicts self-injury.
