29B.128  DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY BY THE GOVERNOR.
 The governor may delegate any authority vested in the governor
 under this code, and may provide for the subdelegation of any such
 authority, except the power given to the governor by sections 29B.19
 and 29B.23.
