29B.19  SENTENCES OF DISMISSAL OR DISHONORABLE
 DISCHARGE TO BE APPROVED BY THE GOVERNOR.
 In the state military forces a sentence of dismissal or
 dishonorable discharge shall not be executed until it is approved by
 the governor.
