35B.9  NAMES CERTIFIED -- BENEFITS CHANGED.
 At each regular meeting the commission shall submit to the board
 of supervisors a certified list of those persons to whom benefits
 have been authorized and the amounts so awarded.  The amount awarded
 to any person may be increased, decreased, or discontinued by the
 commission at any meeting.  New names may be added and certified
 thereat.
