 35.6  CONTRACT WITH UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF
 VETERANS AFFAIRS.
 A state agency or a political subdivision of this state operating
 a hospital or medical facility may contract with the United States
 department of veterans affairs to receive and to provide medical
 services to patients who are the responsibility of a United States
 department of veterans affairs hospital or medical facility in the
 same jurisdiction or medical service area.
