        2.6  PERMANENT ORGANIZATION.
         The members reported by the committee as holding certificates of
      election from the proper authority shall proceed to the permanent
      organization of their respective houses by the election of officers
      and shall not be challenged as to their qualifications during the
      remainder of the term for which they were elected.
